Waiting system
When the customer arrives, if all the services are occupied, they will stay and wait until they are served and leave.
Waiting service rules can be divided into: (1) First come first served (FCFS)
(2) Last Come First Served (LCFS)
Mixed system
Divided into: (1) The system capacity is limited
(2) The waiting time is limited
